Due to the pandemic Covid-19 situation, there is a possibility of delays in delivery.
– Please allow 3 – 5 business days to process and dispatch your order after payment confirmation. This is to ensure your order will be handled correctly and with care before dropping it off at the courier companies.
– Tracking numbers will be provided to you.
– A gentle reminder that we have no control over any delays, lost or damages caused by the courier companies.
As such, we are not liable for the delivery process time, lost or damages once they have been shipped.
– All custom, import duties and tax fees are responsible by the customer should the item(s) need to be paid additional costs and declared at the custom office.
– West Malaysia (RM 8)

*Free Domestic Shipping for purchase RM150 and above.
For international customers, we use courier services such as DHL, Fedex, Aramex or EMS (Express Mail Service).

Please allow a turnaround time window of 5 – 10 days to make your order after the payment is processed. This is to ensure that the item you purchase is made without rush and in good quality.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Contact and let us know immediately so we can try to resolve the issues for you. Please read our returns policy & conditions below carefully, before proceeding with the refund/return process.
– You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
– Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and exchanges for worn item.
– We do not accept refunds/returns/exchanges for change of mind.
– We will only accept returns of unworn/unused item in its original condition and packaging intact. Please provide us the receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of the received item within 5 days upon receiving it.
Upon approval of your return request, you will be provided with a return address.
– Please take note that buyer must bear the shipping fees for returning the item.
Unless the mistake is on our part (sent wrong item), then we will reimburse the shipping fees to you by store credit in the form of gift card/code.
– Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
– If your return item is approved, we will proceed with the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refunded amount within 7-30 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
– Once again, please understand that due to the nature of a handmade item, it is fragile and prone to wear and tear overtime. It is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain and take care of their items.
– Foxquisite is not responsible for any damages, lost or stolen packages once the package is handed over to the courier companies. Please contact the courier company with the tracking number provided to you and file a report to claim for compensation.
We do not handle this on your behalf nor reimburse for any damage, lost or stolen packages.
